A Welcoming Congregation
Holy Angels is the Lutheran Parish for Wilmerding, Turtle Creek, Wall and Pitcairn Pennsylvania, but our close-knit congregation comes from all over Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties.
Holy Angels Parish is a small, yet active congregation that maintains active involvement in DOING ministry and outreach, rather than just talking about it.

These are some of the active ministries at Holy Angels:
- Providing clothing and household items for those in need.
- Providing furniture for families touched by disaster.
- Providing food-bank services for persons and families in need in association with the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank.
Holy Angels Lutheran is blessed to be able to give of our time and resources to provide help to families and individuals in need. We are a small congregation of faithful souls and characters who realize that everything we've been blessed with is in fact "on loan" from God. Therefore it is a joy and a privilege to be able to share with others. Regardless of our heritage, we are all brothers and sisters on this journey called life.
Sibling, let me be your servant,
Let me be as Christ to you;
Pray that I may have the grace to
Let you be my servant too.
We are pilgrims on a journey,
Fellow travelers on the road;
we are here to help each other
walk the mile and bear the load.
I will hold the Christ-light for you
in the darkness of your fear;
I will hold my hand out to you,
speak the peace you long to hear.
I will weep when you are weeping,
when you laugh I'll laugh with you
I will share your Joy and Sorrow,
Til we've seen this journey through.
